We wish to be able to do a number of dynamic resizing things with Livecode Wasm. In wiki we wish our stacks to fit in within the narrow Miller Column width.

The solution is to dynamically resize the stack to its bounding (frame) context (with appropriate tweaks). In particular we wish for the stack to look good at the static miller coumn width - but to be able to rezise when the frame html is made Full Screen Wasm.
